Why The EU Should Focus On Realistic Social Policy Projects

Inequality is back at the centre of the public discourse. Is this good or bad news for the European Union? In this article on the Social Europe (SE) forum Jan Zielonka argues that the EU should concentrate on selected social projects where it could make a tangible difference, however small.
