Colin Williams gives plenary opening address at National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Conference

Professor Colin Williams is travelling to Minsk, Belarus, this month to give a Plenary Opening Address 'Official Bilingualism in the UK' at the Conference Bilingualism in Law in Practice: The Experience of Belarus and the United Kingdom, organised by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the British Embassy in Minsk and the UK Government.
