Vacancy: VHI Administrator (part-time/temporary)

Salary up to £55,000 pa pro rata

The Von Hügel Institute for Critical Catholic Inquiry (VHI), based at St Edmund’s College in the University of Cambridge invites applications for the position of Development Director. The VHI has embarked on a major fundraising campaign and seeks a dynamic, and innovative staff-member to lead and coordinate this operation along with the VHI Director, VHI development collaborators and the College’s Master and Development Office to ensure a long and sustainable future for this unique research institute. You will be bright, energetic, enterprising, driven, flexible, and an excellent communicator. Duties will include benefactor research and approaches, development management and administration, donor stewardship, and grant application writing. This is a fantastic opportunity in a unique institution. This is a full or part-time position: we are happy to consider applications from candidates who would prefer a part-time appointment (minimum 0.5 FTE, to be worked flexibly). Salary will be commensurate with experience up to a level of £55,000 pro rata, along with an attractive benefits package.
