Philip McCosker gives keynote lecture at ACU/CUA seminar 'Conceiving Change in the Church'

VHI Director Dr Philip McCosker gave the opening keynote lecture at the seminar Conceiving Change in the Church: An Exploration of the Hermeneutics of Catholic Tradition held at the ACU/CUA Rome Campus (Australian Catholic University/Catholic University of America) on 13-16 September 2016.

The title of Dr McCosker's paper was Principles and Models for Conceiving Change in the Church: the Hermeneutics of Catholic Tradition. The seminar is the second to be held as part of ongoing collaboration between the Institute for Religion & Critical Inquiry (Centre for Catholic Thought and Practice) at ACU and the Centre for Catholic Studies at Durham University, and included participants from ACU, Durham, KU Leuven, Yale University, Cambridge University, Fairfield University, University of Erfurt, Pontifical Gregorian University, Tilburg University, and St John’s University, NY.
