VHI Research Associate, Zeina Barakat and VHI Senior Research Associate, Ralf Wüstenberg launched the homepage for the PhD Program at the Europa-Universtät Flensburg, on Peace and Conflict Resolution in the Middle East: https://www.uni-flensburg.de/en/trilateral-graduate-school/.
The program, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany, is part of a collaboration between the VHI and the Department of Dialogue of Religions at Europa-Universität Flensburg that also involved a VHI workshop on Refining Trust in the Middle East in 2018: https://www.vhi.st-edmunds.cam.ac.uk/research/current-projects/refining-trust-2018.
As part of the PhD program, students will learn about Scriptural Reasoning in Cambridge; and further workshops on the Middle East are in preparation that will involve VHI Senior Research Associates, Heidemarie Winkel and Colin Williams.
