Registration and Fees:

  • Standard rate: £250

    Grants one full-access pass to the conference including refreshments and buffet lunches on both days, and one place at the conference Gala Dinner and sherry reception at St. Edmund's College on Friday evening, 4th September.

  • Student rate: £160

    Grants one full-access pass to the conference including refreshments and buffet lunches on both days. The gala dinner and sherry reception are not included but can be booked separately.

  • Additional tickets to gala dinner for guests/students: £30 

Places limited (please note that the Gala Dinner is already included in the Standard registration fee).


Payment instructions: Payment can be made via PayPal on the booking website, or by bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card over the phone by selecting the 'pay later' option. If choosing 'pay later', as soon as possible after registering, please email vhi-conference@st-edmunds.cam.ac.uk to arrange payment. Registrations are provisional until payment has been received.


Accommodation

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCOMMODATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE FEE AND MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY IF NEEDED

Limited accommodation is available from 3 to 5 September 2015 (two nights) at Murray Edwards College in single en suite bedrooms (£73.25/room per night) or twin en suite bedrooms (£111.05/room per night). Breakfast is included.

These bedrooms are available to book through Murray Edwards' online booking systemThe promotional code that needs to be entered is: VHI2015.

If additional nights are required, these must be booked separately with Murray Edwards College. Conference rooms are limited, so please book promptly.

Note on payment methods: If you would prefer not to pay the conference fee through Paypal, please email vhi-conference@st-edmunds.cam.ac.uk, and we will be happy to arrange an alternative payment method.


Cancellation policy and disclaimer: Cancellations of conference bookings before 23rd August 2015 will incur an administrative charge of 25% of the fee charged. If you cancel your registration after 23rd August 2015 we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

Places are transferable without any charge. But once you register at the event your pass is strictly for your own use and you shall not reassign, transfer or lend it to any other person whether or not they are employed by the same company unless there is an emergency. In the case of emergency please notify the organisers.

In the event that the conference is cancelled, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. In the event that the conference is postponed, delegate payments at the postponement date will be refunded or credited towards the rescheduled date. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice. Speakers, paper and panel titles remain subject to change.

Accommodation bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set by Murray Edwards College.
