Congratulations to Mr Francis Campbell on his appointment as Vice-Chancellor of St Mary's University College, Twickenham, a Catholic university in London.

Mr Campbell is an Honorary Fellow of St Edmund's College and a member of the VHI's Advisory Board. He is former UK Ambassador to the Holy See, Policy Adviser at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and was the UK Prime Minister’s private secretary (1999 to 2003).
