Vlado Kmec speaks at the Political and Security Committee of the Council of the EU

Dr Vlado Kmec was invited to contribute to the debate on the EU's Integrated Approach: From Vision to Action at a meeting of the ambassadors of the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the Council of the European Union in Brussels on 31 January 2018. He presented insights from his research on integrated approach to conflicts in the Sahel region.

The PSC is a permanent body of the Council of the EU responsible for the EU's Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy. The PSC is composed of EU member states' ambassadors based in Brussels and is chaired by the representatives from the European External Action Service.
