Dr Sara Silvestri had been awarded a research grant by the Charles Plater Trust for a project on the contribution of Catholic social thought in the field of migration in the UK.
The award was officially annunced by Cardinal Vincent Nichols during the Trust's annual celebration on Thursday 26th February 2015 at the Cardinal Hume centre in London.
