Religion, Politics and Migration

This reading group explores the inter-linkages between religion, politics and migration while looking at a number of selected themes such as transnational ties, gender, identity, inter-faith dialogue and Islam in relation to immigrants' religion.

The group will meet fortnightly on Tuesdays during Lent Term from 15:00 to 16:30 at St. Edmund's College (Teaching Room 2) and it is designed for researchers and PhD students in social sciences and humanities but is open to all who are interested in exploring the relationship between religion and migration.
