Lattey Lecture 2012: Most Rev. Bernard Longley

The Human Person in Catholic Social Teaching: Biblical Perspectives

 

The Most Reverend Bernard Longley, Archbishop of Birmingham delivered the 2012 Lattey Lecture at St Edmund's College (Thursday, 6 December, 2012 at 18:00).

Since its establishment in 1990 the VHI has assumed responsibility for organising the Lattey lecture. The lecture is devoted to Catholic Social Teaching and Catholic Biblical Studies and was endowed by Fr Reginald Fuller, a noted Catholic scripture scholar, on the occasion of the Catholic Biblical Association of Great Britain to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of its foundation at St Edmund’s in 1940 by its first President, Fr Cuthbert Lattey, S.J.
